In all stages of the manufacturing process there is a human element involved. This helps our team become an extension of your company, not just a vendor. At Dayton Rogers we still believe in doing business the old fashion way, with personal contact. We believe in talking to people to resolve situations before they become problems. We ask in return that you do the same with us.

When visiting a Dayton Rogers facility you can talk to the associates on the factory floor as they can best describe the operation that is being performed. Every member of the Dayton Rogers team has years of manufacturing experience and receives additional training each year. If there is a special need these same associates will join in meetings with you to work out the details of a problem, thus taking ownership of the situation.

Quality Control

Our reputation lies on the quality of your parts. At Dayton Rogers we stress quality from engineering to shipping. All divisions of our company are ISO 9001: 2000 Registered and all of our manufacturing processes are monitored for quality through Statistical Process Control Charting. If you request SPC charting on your production runs we can supply copies of the charts to you at the completion of the run. We train our employees to be quality conscious with every part; they routinely make manual checks to parts throughout the run. Dayton Rogers uses all of the pertinent industry-standard inspection equipment like Coordinate Measuring Machines and Optical Comparators to ensure that all of your products meet your highest standards.
