Dayton Rogers uses an IBM AS/400 mid range system to manage all the data needed to run modern precision metalforming operations. Each of our six plants have EDI and Bar Code capabilities to track orders and produce all the needed documentation to handle your order in a timely fashion. Dayton Rogers also uses computerized scheduling of JIT and JIT II to meet your highest delivery standards.

Our experienced engineering departments work with the latest CAD/CAM systems and design software to solve all of your metalforming needs. Dayton Rogers continually invests in new solutions to stay on top of the industry with rapid prototype times. Tooling

Each division at Dayton Rogers has its own in-house tooling facility allowing quick turnaround on new orders, and prompt repair when existing tools need attention. To complement our tooling facilities we have Wire EDM equipment, CNC milling centers, programming stations for tool layout, and qualified tool makers to assemble and test out the tooling to prove the design and development before it goes to the press room.

The quality assurance departments also work with the tooling departments checking new tooling on CMM's for first article accuracy. At Dayton Rogers, the tooling departments work closely with our process engineers to maximize the effectiveness of the process developed to manufacture your precision metalformed product to meet your specifications.
