Mechanical Assemblies

Another Value Added service provided by Dayton Rogers is mechanical assembly. Each manufacturing facility is equipped with hardware insertion machines, to take care of installation of PEM® fasteners/standoffs, as well as custom hardware. Weldments, tacking, and spot and wire feed welding is also common practice in Dayton Rogers assemblies. We will even incorporate material or pieces manufactured by yourself or an outside service into our assembly process.

In addition, each shop can setup custom assembly lines outfitted with power wrenches and screwdrivers, bag dispensers, sealers, scales, labelers, etc. These assemblies can be packaged to customer specifications, and drop shipped to their distributor, or a finishing facility. By allowing one company to manufacture parts, assemble multiple pieces, and handle inventory and delivery schedules, time and money can be saved on freight.
