Rapid Prototype & Development

Dayton Rogers understands your needs for Rapid Prototypes, and pre-production runs. We have the knowledge and resources to accomplish this service for our customers. In fact, to accommodate the changing needs of our valued customers, we have setup a Rapid Prototype Center (RPC), designed specifically for this purpose. Our goal with the Rapid Prototype Center is to get you a quote back within 24 hours (if required) and to ship your prototype within 72 hours of the time the order is placed. This can be done if we have an executable CAD model, material is readily available, and the prototype doesn’t require outside services in order for completion.

Dayton Rogers utilizes your electronic files to eliminate errors and reduce time to market. Paper prints will still be accepted, but we prefer to work with solid model programs like SolidWorks, Pro-E, and Auto Cad. We can take your designs (CAD file or print) and use our CAD/CAM software to translate your requirements directly to our machines. For prototypes and small lot requirements Dayton Rogers utilizes CNC Laser Cutters, CNC Turret Presses, and CNC Press Brakes.
